About the project
The Tenancy Referral Project aims to improve the quality and efficiency of renter referrals and support for renters across Victoria.
The project aims to coordinate the work of tenancy support organisations in Victoria to make it simpler and more efficient for renters to get the support they need, and to provide them with access to advocates and lawyers.
It will map out Victorian tenancy support services and facilitate discussion to support the establishment of a state-wide coordinated system of tenancy referrals. This system will be tenant-centred, allowing feedback to provide for continuous improvement.
