Tenants Victoria is a not-for-profit community legal centre that helps protect the rights of renters in Victoria. All our services are free.
Some services are available to all renters. Others depend on your circumstances.

The Tenancy Assistance and Advocacy Program (TAAP) provides assistance for renters in private rental housing, private rooming houses and caravan parks who are in significant financial hardship or affected by family violence.

The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) provides fair, efficient and affordable justice for Victorians.
