New renter factsheets

Introducing our new printable factsheets for renters

At Tenants Victoria, we’re committed to empowering renters with the information they need to navigate the rental process with confidence. In response to the growing demand for clear and accessible guidance, we have developed 5 new printable factsheets designed to address some of the most pressing issues renters currently face.

Our factsheets provide straightforward, practical advice on the following key topics:

Rent increases

When your rent goes up, it’s important to know your rights and understand the steps you can take. This factsheet explains when and how rent increases can occur, how much notice your landlord must give you and what to do if you believe an increase is unreasonable.
